a secure environment, to create and make formal presentations, to develop, coordinate and conduct a comprehensive training program and in-service training sessions, to constructively establish and deliver performance improvement guidance, to effectively organize work to establish priorities and manage outcomes aligned with departmental goals and to analyze and improve processes with an attention to detail.
MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Relative Associate degree and four to six years of progressive experience in a PSAP environment with two years supervisory experience in a comparably sized 911 agency. CPR, EMD, DCI, ETC, ENP; NIMS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 and 800; Emergency Vehicle
Driver, WEB EOC, Valid NC driver's license certifications required upon hire.
