Job Responsibilities include: • Deliver On-the-job training in a variety of office settings and remote-based learning platforms. • Prepare and conduct technical training programs. • Conduct presentations and webinars. • Deploy training to targeted personnel. • backss training needs and certification

requirements. • Prepare training material and classroom agenda. • Provide end-user training for clients. • Provide site training summaries• Assist in designing instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructionalmaterials, and training aids).

• Continuously enhance technical instructional delivery and presentation skills. • Mentor other instructors in the subject matter, content, and course delivery techniques• Co-Create training materials & initiatives. • Test and review created materials. • Maintain a database of all training materials Requirements and Qualifications: • Ability to travel out-of-state 80% of the time• Bachelor's degree in education, business, human

resources, information technology, or related field. Two (2) + years' previous experience as a trainer, corporate training specialist, or related position in lieu of degree.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Certification from talent and training associations a plus• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software• Excellent time management and organizational skills. • Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional learning. • Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement/ goals• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently• Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions.
