in the future and present them to the Safety Committee for final review. Regularly perform Field Safety Rollups at jobsites. Evaluate and ensure that hierarchy of controls are properly implemented to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or conditions.
Recommend safety stand downs for activities that create an imminent danger to worker health or safety. Work with field technicians to ensure proper training for identifying jobsite hazards and acting accordingly. Coordinate and track all company training and ensure compliance with regulatory training requirements. Coordinate with third party training providers to set up on-site training courses. Ensure
that company curriculums are properly executed and completed. Present safety portion of new hire orientations providing an extended safety orientation class that promotes the company's safety culture.
Assist in training field technicians in safety regulations and practices. Review and approve daily safety paperwork from jobsites. Assist in maintaining inventory of PPE and other safety equipment. Maintain all required safety records and documentation. Serve on the Safety Committee and ensure that the Safety Committee follows company, federal and state regulations. Maintain the safety committee standing with the PA Department of Labor and Industry. Ensure that Celerity's' Safety Process
is followed, and that leading and trailing indicators are evaluated and adjusted accordingly.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a healthy safety culture. Track and analyze leading and trailing indicators to identify trends in injuries, illnesses, accidents, or other hazards. Research and recommend technology and equipment to safely improve jobsite efficiency. Implement and monitor the company safe driver program. Implement and monitor competent person program. Maintain company DOT Driver Files. Other related duties as needed. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma and relevant education and experience. Safety certification (CSP) a plus At least two years' experience in a construction, or utility environment preferred, however manufacturing environment experience will be considered.
Expertise/experience with Microsoft applications, including 365, Share Point, and Teams Familiarity with and ability to interpret governmental regulations and guidelines (CDC, OSHA, DOT) Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, hourly position based on 40 hours per week. Flexibility is needed to follow crew schedules outside of regular daytime hours which will include some overnight hours. This position requires an average of 40-60% travel to company jobsites. What you will do An IS Trainer III is a senior contributor with similar responsibilities as the IS Trainer II, but with a greater degree of complexity. An IS Trainer III may be involved in some leadership activities. An IS Trainer III also: Works closely with Training Project Manager to establish and execute tasks, plans and processes. Works to promote training program awareness and integration across projects, departments and the organization. Mentors IS Trainers I & II and provides input regarding performance evaluations. Information Security Requirements 1. Understand and comply with all enterprise and IS departmental information security policies, procedures and standards.
2. Support the integration of information security in the development, design, and implementation of Hospital Technology Resources that process, transmit, or store CHOP information. 3. Support all compliance activities related to state, federal regulatory requirements, healthcare accreditation standards, and all other applicable regulations that govern the use and disclosure of patient, financial, or other confidential information. Education Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Required Experience Qualifications At least four (4) years experience designing, developing, and delivering training.
Required At least three (3) years IT, Healthcare, or related experience in a training capacity Preferred Skills and Abilities Project and time management skills required Technical creativity and strong understanding of information technology in health care required. Presentations experience a must, with large and small groups Computer skills required Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, Project. Certification based on position preferred (Competent to work at a high technical level in phases of application development and build).
Certification preferred in one or more Epic products, Cogito preferred. Experience with implementing and optimizing Change Management models and adapting them to the needs of the organization preferred.
