The Assistant Restaurant Training Manager should be able to travel via airplane and/or auto up to 10-14 days per month to assist with new restaurant opening training or operations support. HOW YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE EVERY DAY Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction. Escalating any concerns or
recommendations to the General Manager. Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs. Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions. Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and Guests. Support New Restaurant Openings and additional training initiatives as needed. YOU’VE GOT THIS Able to travel via airplane or auto to assist in new restaurant opening training or with operations support as needed (Up to 60% of the time depending on seasonality and training support needs). High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)-Preferred. 1-2 years
restaurant management experience, preferably in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
Food Safety Certified. Microsoft Office and general systems experience. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and some holidays Ability to train in group settings. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to listen, ask the right questions, and understands needs of a trainee.
