DDIST for the DCGS-A system. The position will consist of developing the training documentation to aid the transition process from embedded contract mentors and FSRs to organic 35T support. Members of this team will also travel to various CONUS/OCONUS locations to train units/organizations on the DCGS-A system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS) Develop and update lesson plans as part of a team. Use the Training Development Capability (TDC) to upload and gain approval of instructional material. Travel to CONUS locations to instruct Soldiers on the DCGS-A system. Maintain relevancy on the DCGS-A system by regularly checking for updates. Position Requirements: At least four

(4) years of experience as an MI Systems Maintainer/Integrator (35T) with military training support and development and/or in the Military Intelligence profession; an additional 6 years of experience will be required in lieu of civilian education degree requirement.

Experience operating, configuring, and troubleshooting the DCGS-A system. Able to travel and support mobile training/new equipment training at 50% deployed time, as determined by the training schedule. DOD 8570.1M IAT II with a current baseline certificate and computing environment certificate. DCGS-A certification plan standard (within 90 days of start date). Specialized Knowledge (Highly Desirable) Certified USAICOE Instructor

through the Common Faculty Development program Instructor Course (CFD-IC/ABIC/BITC) Two (2) years of experience on instructor platform and with the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process.

Combat and/or real-world (deployment) operational experience since 2010 NET/DTT experience preferred NIPRnet, SIPRnet, JWICS, and NSAnet account eligibility Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (equivalent work experience in lieu of education may be considered) Physical Requirements : Sitting at desk, sometimes for prolonged periods of time. Standing in classroom environment, sometimes for extended time periods Phone use and PC or laptop.

Filing required. May require lifting and carrying boxes of supplies or files up to 25 lbs. Other physical requirements may include directing and participating in training exercises outside the classroom. Attendance : Work assignments are dependent on the government client's requirements. Training and training support may be required on nights, holidays, and weekends as dictated by the published training schedule.
