Degree; four additional years of related experience may substitute for the degree-Six years of source operations experience, with a minimum of two year of MSO CAT 1 operational experience-Completion of one of the following HUMINT certification/training courses (OTC, FTC, MOTC, DATC, ASOC, ASOTC)-Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees in the organization-Ability to read an interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals-Ability to

define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables-Basic computer skills Duties: - Collaborate with other instructors and curriculum designer to ensure students receive the most accurate and up-to-date training possible-Review, rehearse, and conduct platform instruction for various sized classes-Deploy and conduct field training in various environments-Evaluate student learning through observation and metric-specific testing (may be oral, written, or demonstrative)-Record student's performance in accordance with client reporting standards-Serve as an instructor, mentor, an evaluator for students The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
