The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their in-depth knowledge of biomedical research pipeline in order inform and drive portfolio-level decision-making directly with NIH Leaders.

Important to note that this position is not responsible for conducting the in-depth analysis; however, this role is responsible for validating methodology, quality control, and succinct messaging. The candidate will possess strong executive communications skills to engage with client leaders, their stakeholders, and decision-makers across the institute. Required

Skills: Demonstrated experience, acumen, and proficiency with scientific portfolio analysis Knowledge of NIH's scientific programs & funding mechanisms Demonstrated experience analyzing large scientific data sets Proven ability to oversee project teams (quality control, communications)Experience communicating findings, results, conclusions to senior management Demonstrated ability in independent research and analysis Master's/Ph.

D. in applicable field8 years of experience Desired Skills: Experience applying advanced analytical techniques/tools to portfolio analyses Demonstrated ability to lead analytics programs in Federal settinginteractionperience with NIH or federal healthcare organization
