Market Research: Stay current with market trends, competitors, and industry developments

to identify opportunities and threats. Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development for the sales team to improve their product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Sales Collateral: Work with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and product presentations. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with key clients, partners, and vendors to secure profitable contracts and agreements. Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance

evaluations of the sales team and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Compliance: Ensure that the sales team adheres to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Solar Energy Advisor or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong understanding of sales principles, methods, and techniques. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Industry-specific knowledge and experience. Relevant sales certifications or training.
