technologies to ensure robust, sustainable, and efficient API manufacturing processes within our Process Research & Development organization. This role requires laboratory experimentation in flow and close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, consisting of synthetic and analytical chemists, as well as chemical engineers.

Critical tasks include enabling new chemical transformations and influencing route design. The broader flow chemistry team also supports API campaigns at lab, pilot, and manufacturing scale. Candidates should have a passion for becoming a subject matter expert in flow chemistry and continuous processing within the Process Chemistry Department and be enthusiastic

about mentoring others new to the field. A Ph D in chemistry with experience in organic synthesis and flow chemistry is required, along with a demonstrated ability to solve complex problems.

A strong level of innovation, creativity, and self-initiative are expected for the role. Candidates should exhibit strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Education Minimum Requirements: Ph D in Chemistry.
