You will work closely with other scientists that have a passion for finding novel approaches toward the treatment and prevention of disease. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include establishing and performing a wide variety of biochemical and molecular biological assays intended to provide key study readouts.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both nucleic acid-based assay and protein-based systems, be highly organized, and enjoy working in a team environment. You will be expected to: Work with other assay scientists to execute analytical aspects of study protocols,

such as: design and implementation of specialized pharmacokinetics and biomarker assays (immunoassays, quantitative PCR, stem-loop PCR) Recognizing analytical and experimental design challenges and actively providing insight into solutions.

Perform data analysis, statistics, data quality testing and result verification, and graphical representation of data for reports and presentations. Help with the writing of SOPs, methods, and protocols for lab tasks. Maintain a high level of productivity in the lab and perform critical experiments. Requirements : Ph D in biochemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, or Master's Degree and typically 5 years of experience, or Bachelor’s Degree and

typically 10 years of experience, in biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology, or related fields.

Advanced knowledge of q PCR, immunological techniques (immunoassays, Western blot, flow cytometry, etc. ) primary cell culture, tissue processing, as well as standard molecular biology and biochemical techniques.
