Job Title: Director, Sales Operations - Immunology Location: Remote USJob Description The Director of Sales Operations is a key member of the US Rx BU,

reporting to the Head of US Rx Insights and Analytics. This position is responsible and accountable to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization to drive adoption of Galderma's first biologic treatment for atopic dermatitis and prurigo nodularis.

This role will also serve to establish and drive improvements in system adoption, optimize sales process and planning including targeting and segmentation, lead field force mapping and alignments, build automated reporting and lead sales compensation design and administration. The Director will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build effective plans, execute on key deliverables and effectively report findings in a timely manner.

This role must demonstrate the ability to work independently with a proactive approach to meet business needs and deadlines but also remain connected to the rest of the US team. Key Responsibilities Build and lead sales operations capabilities while continuously collaborating with key stakeholders to identify means to accelerate performance and remove obstacles. Build strong relationships and routine communications to drive the successful implementation of sales operations initiatives, processes and technologies. Identify and proactively implement operational improvements, enhancements and system customizations that meet business needs.

Facilitate strategic sales planning processes and business reviews across all key stakeholder groups. Establish tools and timeline to support sales planning and drive productivity. Consistently evaluate and refine processes as needed. Lead the territory alignment and customer targeting processes. backss customer segments to optimize the go-to-market strategy. Identify opportunities through analysis to improve territory efficiency and maximize sales. Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify KPIs and develop automated, timely reporting for analysis and review.

Implement improvement strategies as needed. Conduct ad-hoc and routine data analyses in measure of KPIs and consistently report in business reviews. Lead the design and on-going administration of sales incentive compensation plans. Ensure plans motivate field personnel and support the commercial sales objectives. Build appropriate reporting and tracking for key stakeholders. Drive the adoption of sales technology and create a feedback loop for improvements and future needs from frontline users. Develop the sales force automation system which directs the operation of call reporting, sales reporting and database warehousing to ensure accurate and timely information.

Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS, MD, Ph D) preferred 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in sales operations and analytics within the medical, biotechnology or medical device industries In-depth and current knowledge of medical sales and marketing strategies including building sales incentive compensation plans In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing operations, policies and procedures Ability to apply well-rounded business acumen and analytical skills to resolve complex business problems and deliver meaningful business recommendations.
