ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Responsible for supporting the successful of delivery of federal projects in accordance with defined scope, budget, and schedule. Duties include conducting environmental site backssments, environmental permitting, environmental and operational planning, subsurface environmental investigations,

delineation of contaminated sites, compliance backssments/audits, multimedia sampling, and environmental remediation services. Prepare work plans, interface with regulatory agencies, communicate with clients, document field activities, and prepare technical reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Near active completion of Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field, or Bachelor's degree in science, engineering or construction management. 3 or more years' experience 40-hour HAZWOPER certification preferred Experience in environmental and construction industry consulting preferred KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Knowledge and broad background with safety and health programs.

Knowledge of applicable federal and state laws, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, multiple tasks, and changing conditions. Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines without direct supervision. Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with a wide range of individuals. Ability to effectively respond to questions from executives, clients, customers, agencies, business partners, and the general public. Ability to work as a team member. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Geographical Experience. First-hand experience living and/or working in Alaska or a northern climate is strongly desired.
