of that component which will be loaded into a data base for future reference. The technician will also need to maintain his own repair manuals and manufacturing drawings. The technician will need to maintain a clean and safe repair area at all times and to report any unsafe issues to his foreman or manager.

Will be responsible to assembly all hydraulic valves, electrical cables and components produced by Caterpillar in accordance to any MSHA guidelines. This position will also consist of the following: - Ability to read and understand Schematics - Ability to read and use a multimeter and tape measures - Ability to solder -Basic disassembly and cleaning of hydraulic components -Ability

to work off of verbal and written manuals -Safely removes all hydraulic components, and prep equipment for cleaning -Ability to use a computer -Must be able to use excel and word -Able to use and operate a high pressure test bench for testing components -Thoroughly clean and prep parts with pneumatic tools and sandblaster -Able to paint equipment and prep for shipping -Ability to read hydraulic drawings and able to use measuring tools -Able to order repair parts for repairs - Must be able to work overtime as needed Physical Ability: As a Cable Assembler you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions.

Physical requirements

include: - Overall stamina, standing on your feet for 8 hours - Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing - Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, listening, and speaking - Must have good motor coordination skills, coordination of eyes, hands, and feet - Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence - The workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures - Must be able to lift 50 pounds High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.

Qualification to operate fork trucks/tow motors is required. Two or more years' experience in or around electrical hydraulic is preferred.

Completion of a formal apprenticeship program or trade school is preferred.
