Accountabilities: As a Scientist, Bioscience, you will conduct hands-on primary cell culturing, immune functional assays and phenotyping.

You will manipulate and characterize primary cells and cell lines, contribute to experimental plans and designs, backss and report data with high integrity, and communicate results to manager and team members. You will also support a team and work collaboratively with project managers to ensure the efficient relay of information and forward

translation of data. Essential Skills/Experience: BS/MS in a relevant scientific field and 3+ years of research experience in molecular and cellular biology of T and NK lymphocytes, cancer biology, tumor microenvironment, or related field Hands-on experience in the cell culture of established cell lines and/or primary human immune cells Basic expertise on flow cytometry acquisition and analysis In vivo experience with different mouse models Desirable Skills/Experience: Previous experience in the development of CAR-T cells, TCR-T cells, etc.

Familiarity with gene editing techniques (e. g. CRISPR/Cas, viral engineering, base editing, etc. ) Biotechnology or medical industry experience preferred.

Hands-on experience in in vitro NK/T-cell functional characterization including in vitro cytotoxicity assays, proliferation, cytokine measurement.
