candidate should possess extensive knowledge in oncology and immunology, in particular T and NK cell biology. The candidate will be able to lead the effort for developing in vivo cell therapy platform, building and optimizing cell-based immunoassays to characterize and backss immune cell functions.
Experience with cell therapy, virus vector design and gene-editing is preferred. As co-lead of pipeline projects, the candidate needs to demonstrate the ability of delivering scientific results, and provide strategy, expertise, resources and guidance in a cross-functional environment. Key Responsibilities Develop T/NK cell therapy platform and optimize cell-based immunoassays, including vector
design, virus packaging, T/NK cell isolation and expansion, multi-color flow cytometry, ELISA, cytotoxic assays. In vivo study design and assay development. Design experiment to optimize process parameters, enhance cell engineering and manufacturing capacity Independently design and execute experiments, document and interpret scientific results, present the data to cross-functional teams Stay alert to industry development, good sense of new tech/platform in the field Lead team to plan, execute, deliver and meet timeline Help manage lab operation, keep good relationship with vendors Requirements Ph D in cell biology/Immunology/virology, or master with extensive experience 10 years' post-graduate experience in human immunology and oncology, >3 years of industry experience Cell therapy, vector design, gene-editing #LI-Onsite#LI-RT1
