growth opportunity + oh, so much more - best. job. ever. A Day in the Life: Our Jr. Stylists begin with an 8-month training program, taking their education to the next level. PENZONE Jr. Stylists receive a combination of weekly hands-on and classroom training from our Director of Education and in-house trainers.
During the training program, you'll shadow for a variety of our Senior Directors at all our salon locations. You'll have the opportunity to work on live models weekly. Once the 8-month training program is complete, you'll select where you'd like to begin your career as a Stylist Hair Artist. Our artists are provided opportunities for promotion and advancement through our four
different levels (Stylist, Designer, Director + Senior Director).
