and respect. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WHOLESALE COMMERCIAL HVAC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE As a Wholesale Commercial HVAC Inside Sales Representative, you come to work with this goal in mind: to ensure outstanding customer service with every transaction.
You know that our business is built on solid relationships, and so a desire to fortify those connections underlies everything you do. As you perform inside sales, you clearly convey your extensive knowledge about our products and helpfully guide our clients to the options that best fit their needs. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A WHOLESALE COMMERCIAL HVAC INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of industry-related experience Customer service experience Knowledge about the principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating Post-secondary education would be a plus as would experience in outside or inside sales.
