Primary Responsibilites Responsible for supporting the Sales Department with order processing regarding entry, pricing, subscription billing, parts returns, general dealer support and statistical reporiting of the order process. Perform truck and component order entry and editing for branch and dealer orders.
Review and process orders received from dealers with remote entry systems and convert into orders. Process approved special pricing allowance requests. Process credits and re-invoicing of equipment. Determine appropriate account and Industrial Truck Association transactions necessary for equipment transfer. Create customer invoice for monthly subscription-based billing. Suspend billing,
credt and rebill as needed. Provide basic support for dealer and/or branch inquiries. Collect information and forward on to appropriate Sales personnel.
Research Install Invoices to approve, deny or short-pay payment to dealers/branches. Communicate with various departments to ensure process quality. Work with dealers/branches directly regarding parts needing returned. Create documentation and invoice to comply with Company return policy. Support data collection and work with management in developing necessary reports. Qualifications 0-2 years related experience High school graduate required. Associate degree, in business or comparable expereince in customer service environment preferred.

Responsibilities Participate in the sales process by effectively demonstrating the features and functionality of Crown’s Insite products and its services. Work with retail operations and the District Service and Part Managers (DS&PM), Regional Sales Managers (RSM), General Sales Managers (GSM), and National Account Managers to ensure market position of Crown accounts are maintained and enhanced.
Maintain direct contact with current or prospective customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare proposals and sales presentations to ensure Company value is recognized by assigned accounts and adequate sales, service and support is accomplished. Develop and execute strategic sales plans
to gain and maintain the position of Crown’s Insite products throughout the retail network. Present and train the dealer and branch sales staff to be competent in the Insite line of products.
Develop and perform presentations, lead sales discussions and help with all aspects of the sale process in order to gain the sale. Responsible for developing and maintaining a geographical region for the sale and sales support efforts of Crown’s Insite suite of products.
