VA. Primary Duties: Help with enrolling, processing and servicing customers. Assisting with filling out applications by paper and/or on-line Perform CE work online and learn insurance products Answering the phone & making calls/email to prospects & customers Stay in touch with customers and get to know them.

Organizing files, updating ACT database, and keeping all paperwork in order. Help with mailings, reviewing literature and doing product research. Marketing support which may include local travel. Attention to detail and confidentiality is a must. Reconcile all commission statements with paper apps and ACT. Daily Follow up with all urgent projects, keep a list. Experience in an insurance

office and customers is a huge plus. Job Requirements: Being comfortable with people is a must along with social media & marketing skills. High school and at least 2 years of higher studies preferable Work experience in an office setting interacting with customers.

Microsoft office and general knowledge of pc and technology. Have a desire to work in insurance providing coverage and protecting folks.
