Primary Responsibilities: Document Champion: Prepare and send accurate order
forms, manage prescriber information, and maintain email lists. Data Detective: Collaborate with leadership to collect and report sales data, keeping tabs on our progress.
Event Architect: Plan and execute various business events such as conferences, office visits, and dinners, ensuring seamless experiences for everyone. Travel Guru: Book convenient travel for our sales team, manage documentation, and streamline expense reporting. Logistics Legend: Oversee mail and package deliveries, ensuring timely arrivals and accurate labeling. Resourceful Rock Star: Assist with additional tasks as directed by Sales Leadership, always adapting to new needs. Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative
or operational support experience, preferably in sales. Master of time management and event coordination.
Typing wizard with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adjust to evolving business needs Self-motivated, proactive, and organized. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers. 7. Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time by store management. 8. Communicate customer requests to management. Minimum Requirements 1. Knowledge of retail computer system , MS Word and Excel a plus. 2.
