Communicating both verbally and in writing with key decision-makers at a variety of levels (Small to Mid-size business owners, CEOs, etc. ) to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment solution portfolio in a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads.

Staying abreast of company's products, solutions and services to aid in product development based on client needs. Maintaining a sales pipeline with detailed and accurate electronic records and other administrative duties as required. Delivering excellent follow up proactively and on time / as promised to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction both pre

and post-sale. Operate between multiple software and platforms to deliver the optimal solution based on client needs. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills Minimum 2 years of sales experience and/or Bachelor/Associate degree Strong telesales ability, written communication, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills, ability to multi task and function successfully in a fast-paced environment Focused and detail-oriented Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office and Excel Good work ethic/positive attitude and easy to get along / work with Merchant Services or Banking Industry experience is a plus Bilingual Spanish/Chinese/Korean a plus JPMorgan Chase & Co.
