development and delivery of materials to support the proposal, sale, and enrollment process, including enrollment meetings Prioritize prospects based on opportunity potential and fit/alignment with People Strategy products Advance highest priority prospects through the stages of a client-focused sales Develop knowledge of the market portfolio of carrier solutions and competing programs Coordination with Benefits Administrators and other Third-Party Administrators or carriers as needed Consistent learning and sharing of information related to policies and procedures, insurance market, competitors, emerging trends, etc.
