Job Responsibilities • Schedules and assigns work assignments to a retail team and oversees the completion of tasks • May be responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the Retail Sales operation • Conduct and attend daily shift huddles while communicating operational priorities • Visit multiple retail locations to maintain an organized workspace and upkeep of proper inventory storage and tracking as well as ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed • Interact with and answer client and customer inquiries about retail offerings as well as feedback on products, set-up and execution of retail services • Upholding standards of operations
that will ensure providing all clients and staff of the institution with a quality-controlled, satisfying, and appealing retail service.

and communication skills, both written and verbal • Basic math and counting skills required • Ability to work independently • Strong customer service skills to interact with client associates • Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb.
