You will book appointments, greet clients warmly and answer the phone professionally and politely to ensure a flawless guest experience. You will proactively call members who have
not scheduled their monthly appointment to get them onto the schedule. Sales, Frequency, and Retention Goals: You will be expected to achieve set goals (and you will receive bonuses for success!
)Daily Operations: We will train you on different types of massage techniques & you will use this knowledge to match clients with therapists based on their individualized needs. Accurately and consistently enter detailed client data into our computer system. Maintain our clean and inviting studio atmosphere. Able to follow approved operating policies and procedures. Qualifications Customer Service in a spa or hospitality environment is preferred. Familiarity with modern office tools and systems;
scheduling and payments are all processed with easy-to-learn computer programs.

Computer proficiency - ease in learning new software. Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail. Night and weekend availability - we are open 7 days per week.
