Our Sales Associates are responsible for ensuring a great customer experience by creating a friendly and welcoming environment within the store. Sales Associates assist guests with merchandise accessibility, product questions, or help with choosing the right gift for their occasion.
Essential Functions ( include but are not limited to ): Customer Service Greet customers and create a welcoming environment. Sales Floor Management Maintain the store and cash wrap in a clean, organized and easy-to-navigate manner. Performs and fully understands various sales and register transactions including ringing purchases, processing payments, counting money, processing returns as per company procedure, and all associated paperwork for end-of-day reporting. Routinely “sweeps” the sales floor for defective/broken
merchandise, reorganizing displays, loss prevention purposes, tag replacement, and light housekeeping duties.
Personal Productivity Opt-In (E-mail and Facebook) results. Receiving inventory, tagging and placement of merchandise will be handled during each shift. Work with integrity, follow store procedures, and take ownership of product, transactions and paperwork during each shift. Establish relationships with customers and co-workers, creating a positive work environment. Adhere to assigned work schedule, be punctual, and take ownership of timecard.
