(Vegas stores) Cashiers are responsible for providing the Mission Statement through excellent customer service and must work with and communicate with other departments to ensure courteous, accurate and efficient processing of all customer interactions. Attain knowledge of Car wash products, services, and upgrades to sell to customers. Promote Freddy Rewards and help build a loyal customer base and perform the daily
store operational duties. Job Task Specifications Able to accommodate the day-to-day operational needs of the store. Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
Must be able to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately. Ability to stock store merchandise on sales floor, cooler, and freezer. Ability to lift product weighing up to 25 pounds. Prepare variety of foods/drinks, coffee, operate and clean equipment such as roller grill, creamer machine, soda fountain machines, and other frozen or cold dispensed units, equipment, and display cases. Help to clean and maintain organization in kitchens, backrooms, and stockrooms. Ability to perform general cleaning duties and to
maintain sales floor company standards for cleanliness. Clean restrooms as assigned.
Knowledge and adherence of Fabulous Freddy's operating policies and safety procedures. Skill of verbal/written communication and basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to follow instruction and give attention to detail Able to learn all car wash and detail pricing of all Fabulous Freddy's products and services and educate customers about products and services. Must educate customers of Freddy Rewards benefits and sign-up members via the app. Job Requirements Must be at least 21 years old. Must meet all state/local requirements for sales of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products; Must obtain and keep current all work cards required by local/state/federal departments.
Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
