Break down any pallets of product, get it on rolling racks, so it goes to the sales floor first. Ensure it is enough to fill displays. Remove all trash and water buckets from the back-stock area to make more room in the
dairy cooler for a new delivery. Preparing large vases on flatbeds (open to display w/signs) for easy replenishment on the sales floor.
