Responsible for weighing ingredients to ensure accuracy of specifications. Ensuring that formulas and ingredients are combined to ensure products meet specifications. Provides testing of ingredients through cooking process. Provide measuring and weighing of raw materials; and identifying raw materials for formulations. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Working knowledge and application of Food and Beverage Manufacturing, including kettle mixers, pumps and heaters; electrical panels Working knowledge of liquid and powder measurements Strong Forklift, industrial equipment skills required Bilingual - English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory Education and/or Experience: High School Education preferred.
