Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks including food preparation, cleanup, and organization Ensure all safety procedures related to food preparation, storage, and sanitation are followed Monitor food quality throughout the production process Develop and maintain weekly scheduling and training plans to maximize productivity Develop menus while controlling costs of ingredients and food Manage inventory, ordering ingredients and supplies as needed Assist with kitchen operations, including
