WHAT YOU'LL NEED ON DAY ONE: Minimum one year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance, or related trade required. Technical knowledge in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural, and appliance repair. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for on-call maintenance rotation. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English required.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills Superior customer service skills including the ability to manage difficult customers and/or situations. Ability to work independently. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.
