Inc. for reimbursement Prepare Time Sheets for Payroll Adhere to authorized purchasing authority Filing ensure that all resident files are locked and secure Interview & qualify applicants pursuant to the projects Tenant Selection Plan Verify applicant and resident information pursuant to HUD guidelines Counsel residents on housing related matters Prepare monthly opening and closing computer reports Prepare and correct TRACS information Prepare Move-out files, calculate charges (if any) and/or refund due resident Prepare Weekly and Monthly reports as required Prepare Vouchers and tenant certification for transmission to HUD Adhere to EIV (Enterprise Income Verification) Compliance Collect and
record rent payments on Ledger cards Make Deposit daily Prepare late notices for rent, if necessary Review lease and all paperwork with resident at time of Move-in and all subsequent certifications Process work orders-verify completion of maintenance request Maintain and update procedure books Maintain tenant files Prepare monthly Pest Control & Filter Notices Distribute notices to residents Schedule daily staff assignments Inspect property grounds, laundry rooms, and walk ways to be sure they are clean, safe, and serviceable for residents' use Review employees' work as assigned Work with maintenance technician relative to scheduling vendors (as applicable) Request bids from vendors when requested
