Maintain and review all owner financials. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance management to address unit issues based on occupancy and seasonality. Act as a liaison with community regime managers in matters affecting regime-controlled
areas of owner property. Interact and represent yourself as a leader of the resort. Meet with owners while on the property to maintain positive relations.
Maintain monthly communication with owners as designated by the Director of Property Management Maintain accurate files for related correspondence. Responsible for exterior/interior maintenance inspections for all homes and villas as applicable Ongoing reporting and input data regarding both minor and major maintenance issues Become knowledgeable of Wild Dunes unit standards and offer owners suggestions for upgrades. Coordinate unit upgrades with homeowners, contractors, and staff Assist owners with Resort operational concerns such
as housekeeping and engineering. Inspect potential new condos for program quality standards.
Qualifications EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Experience in resort-orientated property management or the hospitality industry is preferred. At least two years of supervisory experience required. Must have or working towards a PMIC License. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to read, write and speak English. Must have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs. Must be professional in appearance and demeanor. Must always ensure a teamwork environment. Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays (40-50 hrs p/wk) WORKING CONDITIONS: Must be able to stand on feet throughout the shift, with intermittent periods of walking.
Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally. Must be able to bend, squat, crawl, kneel, push, pull, and walk on uneven surfaces on an occasional basis.
