Dietz Property Group is seeking sales professionals to become Full-time Leasing Consultants (40 hours per week) with us at one of our premier apartment communities in the Blacklick, OH area.
You must have a minimum of 1 year experience in a sales or face-to-face customer service role and be able to perform the necessary requirements outlined below to be considered for this position. DUTIES: The specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following: Make and take phone calls with prospective customers and residents, describing the community's features, benefits and value Perform sales presentations and tours to prospective customers -- must be able to identify and sell to the customer's needs Accurately prepare/process required screenings and paperwork for applicants, new residents and residents renewing their lease Create and participate in resident social activities Provide quality, professional service to prospective residents, current residents, team members and
