Executing supplier quality activities including issue resolution (SCARs), supplier qualifications, supplier surveillance and development, process control, and quality assurance aligned with Global Sourcing quality initiatives. Having the technical focal point for supplier activities
directed toward process control and quality assurance of purchased materials. Driving continuous improvement of supplier's quality performance through Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma principles and methodology.
Monitoring and driving for Cost of Quality (COQ) reduction within the business for supplier related defects. Providing technical guidance to suppliers to ensure product/process compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, Bently Nevada quality requirements, and customer flow down requirements. Working closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality requirements. Fuel your passion To
