Thisindividual will primarily be responsible for quality inspection, documentcontrol, sampling, and auditing. The candidate must be able to multi-task in a fast-pacedenvironment, with a diverse set of responsibilities. This individual will bereporting to the Managing Director. Responsibilitiesinclude but are not
limited to: Prepare timely, accurate, and efficient preparation/transcription of documents. Store, manage and organize documents. Fill out questionnaires from customers Request vendor questionnaires Manage lab results Audit documentation RMA & CAPA (Return Material Authorization & Corrective Action Plan) Interact w/receiving, purchasing and warehouse staff Maintain Certifications Ideal Candidate: Minimum Education of completed HS Diploma or equivalent Proficient with general office technology such as Microsoft Office Minimum 1 year experience in a quality role in a similar environment preferred Strong customer services skills and proper phone etiquette Team player but can also work autonomously.
