Participate in regulatory and accrediting agency inspections when needed Perform first level review of proficiency testing results. Draft responses to regulatory complaints and inspection. Monitor the progress of implementation and subsequent use of the document management system. Analyze data, track/trend issues to identify gaps in processes, training,
and help create solutions through the process improvement process. This role will be responsible for training newly on-boarded sales and customer care team members.
The work schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday ( 7:00 am - 3:30pm) Job Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting projects and activities related to quality, quality improvement, quality training, and other responsibilities of the histology department Assists the laboratory in providing quality results to our providers and patients, which increases customer satisfaction and solidifies loyalty for our company Project management activities as they relate to identified areas within the laboratory requiring standardization
