Be involved in all facets of grant, billing, & quality assurance supports to WFS programs including, but not limited to: creation of the larger framework, auditing materials & process, process documentation, establishing metrics & dashboards, & building a WFS Quality Assurance Program that is in accordance with CARF accreditation standards & grant requirements.

The WFS Billing QA Manager will be designated with identifying opportunities to improve the revenue cycle & assist in the resolution of issues. The individual will be responsible for building & maintaining collaborative

& productive relationships within the organization & driving billing performance. Must pass background & driver record check. Education &/or Experience : Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two years related experience &/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: Strategy & Planning Draft quality assurance policies & procedures that ensure compliance with applicable CARF standards for WFS employment & rapid-rehousing programs, program regulations, funding contracts, & agreements. Devise sampling procedures for recording & reporting program performance. Monitor & analyze trends in quality

assurance to make recommendations for the future & to identify areas for possible efficiencies.

Operational Management Maintain a high level of knowledge of the WFS programs including laws & regulations that may govern such programs. Review content of participant records to validate the quality & delivery of appropriate service(s) & complete corrective action reports to help ensure that the goals & objectives of WFS are being achieved. Compile timely status reports listing corrective actions & deadlines for completion by WFS programs. Facilitate proactive solutions by compiling & analyzing data. Identify training needs & organize training interventions to meet quality assurance standards.

Train & provide guidance to supervisors regarding quality assurance policies & procedures. Work to eliminate missed revenue opportunities & discover opportunities for revenue growth & improvement. Conduct random QA self-audits. Communicating feedback on findings to Program Leadership Team. Proven ability to perform strategic planning & priority setting for a billing department. Proven track record for improving process efficiencies & solving problems. Strong leadership skills. Communication & management style that fosters team relationships & effectively communicates information using diplomacy & good judgment.

A high degree of attention to detail, procedures, processes, & policies with an understanding of accounting. Ability to backss & improve existing systems & processes. Maintain a positive attitude & the ability to be flexible in light of changing job situations, work demands, & priorities. Possess a high level of ethical & professional standards in accordance with agency policy. Possess advanced knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance & standards. Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. Follow all policies, procedures, & directives of Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest assuring safety of personnel or property.
