with key stakeholders in Finance to define and maintain a backlog of capabilities that enable customer management, pricing, order management, order fulfillment, billing, and accounts receivable. The Product / Business Analyst provides close support to the Product Manager so that what is built is both valuable and viable.

They will collaborate with stakeholders to uncover, document, and communicate user needs and assist in product discovery activities. They are instrumental in planning, designing, and conducting testing activities, and compiling critical content for training and communication for users. The role will work to deliver Global Order to Cash solutions in partnership with the

SAP Platform. The Order to Cash Product Business Analyst primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Applies a structured approach to discover, document, and manage business process, user and stakeholder needs, including opportunity statements, use cases, insights, and requirements.

Gathers insight into user journey, behavior, motivation, and pain points. Exposes unarticulated problems and unmet needs. Documents business process, business and user needs in the form of problem statements to make up the backlog. Facilitates the " how" with the Engineering team. Gain deep subject-matter expertise within the Order to Cash business processes, systems, and data. Leverages

business and user insight to help inform solutioning ideas and prioritization decisions to deliver valuable products.

Has knowledge of and leverages existing solutions to benefit their stakeholders through using IT communities? Introduces and inspires change at all stages of product development. Follow and apply Product Model principles to maximize value delivery. Partner with key stakeholders in Finance to define a product roadmap based upon business priorities. Works closely with the SAP Platform on delivery, testing, hypercare, and on-going support items. Maintain and prioritize a healthy backlog of well-formed epics, features and user stories which align with the overall roadmap and serve as requirements for the delivery squad.

Capture, convey, and manage risks, impediments, assumptions, and dependencies for execution, and focus on reducing impact early and often. Collaborate with various IT teams to help ensure alignment between business needs and solutions. Drive release and operational support planning and execution Serve as primary contact point for questions on business requirements and related questions. Required Qualifications Experience in IT and in business process design. Open and receptive to listening. Asks thoughtful questions.

Curious and persistent. Able to discern pain points and simplify complex problems. Critical thinker who can effectively balance the needs of stakeholders and users. Embraces innovative ideas and evidence and fosters a collaborative atmosphere. Able to adapt to rapidly changing technology and apply it to business needs. Strong business acumen, and easy rapport with peers and executives Adept at managing diverse relationships across expertise, geography, and culture, regardless of organizational hierarchy. 5+ years of relevant work experience, with at least 2+ years of demonstrated technical leadership experience using Agile methodologies.

Demonstrable experience in building and supporting large scale IT solutions using modern technologies. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish credibility and trust with a variety of stakeholders. Knowledge of SAP Order to Cash Business processes and its integration with other processes in SAP Experience in Integrations such as EDI, XML, API' etc. Preferred Agile and/or Product Management Certifications Prior experience with finance business processes with a particular focus on Order to Cash Experience working in a globally distributed implementation squad.

Knowledge of SAP modules (e. g. SD, MM, FI/CO) and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
