where its head office is located. POSITION SUMMARY Conduct service quality audits across multiple channels within Client Solutions adhering to reliability, accuracy, and customer expectation.

Acquiring, maintaining, analyzing, and providing reporting on the performance metrics for the Client Solutions Teams. Participate in ad hoc studies and projects requiring the use of KPI data and the production of specific reports and analysis Analyze KPI data to highlight trend lines and opportunities and participate in the definition of the client experience strategy Produce presentations and performance analysis in support of Client Solutions and Leadership meetings KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

REQUIRED Working Knowledge of CMA CGM organizational structure and services/network Working Knowledge of the Transportation industry Strong knowledge of Exports, Imports, Documentation, Logistics, and Client Solutions Clear understanding of CCA objectives Working knowledge of data analysis methodologies Working knowledge of CMA's systems; LARA, NOVACare, Qlik Sense, Power Apps Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (i.

e. formulas, lookups, formatting, pivot tables, macros) Familiarity with LARA and NOVA Care processes and terminology Analytical proficiency in conducting trend and gap analysis Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, using appropriate English grammar.

Ability to quickly transition between priority tasks High attention to detail Demonstrated computer skills: Word, Power Point, Outlook Effectively Prioritizes / Time Management EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1 years of general experience required; 3 year of industry experience preferred.
