At the full performance, GS-11, the incumbent will: Conducts the evaluation of applications for permits, and the modification of permits, for activities or work in waters of the United States. Monitors compliance with permits and conducts the investigation of unauthorized work, developing and recommending resolution of enforcement actions. Providing advice to potential applicants/permittee concerning

regulatory requirements, including jurisdiction, processing and evaluation, and the likelihood of project approval. Assists with the development and implementation of programmatic initiatives and requirements.

OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
