Position Overview A&M is seeking a Global Mobility Specialist/Sr Specialist to join our HR team in Tampa, FL.
The role is responsible for providing global mobility administration support, coordinating services through our external vendors and partnering with stakeholders to ensure immigration and mobility processes run smoothly. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Global Mobility. Responsibilities Provide global mobility administrative support by preparing secondment
letters and documentation, coordinating services provided through external vendors, and overall ensuring a seamless employee experience in support of a global mobility population.
Monitor and respond to global mobility inquiries and proactively communicate and follow up with employees. Prepare drafts of transfer documents such as offer letter, employment verification letter, etc. Enter international transfer information into different databases, both internally and vendor(s). Identify areas of opportunity within our current mobility and immigration process and level-up the overall experience for employees and managers who are supporting the transitions. Partner with the HRBP Teams, Talent
Partners, legal and other stakeholders (internally and externally) to ensure immigration & mobility processes are delivered seamlessly.
Collaborate with internal and external legal counsel to navigate the complex legal and government regulations to provide a seamless experience. Monitor Pre-Travel Short Term Tool with Business Traveler Vendor for compliance and follow up as required. Support major GM projects as needed. Pull and analyze reports upon request and at scheduled intervals. Other duties/project as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to effectively interface with HR team and stakeholders. Ability to work through ambiguity and flexibility; highly adaptable.
Ability to engage within a diverse team. Strong customer service focus. 2 to 5 years of experience with either global mobility tax, international relocation, US immigration, HR, or related experience. Ideally you will come from a management consultancy background or from an inhouse global mobility team. Experience managing projects with many moving parts, across multiple time zones. This is a non-managerial role. The salary range is $65 ,000 - $85,000 annually, dependent on several variables including but not limited to education, experience, skills, and geography.
