experiences to apply. A Brief Overview Under direction, resolves complex payor issues, resolves high-dollar claims, performs credentialing and acts as liaison with internal coding.

What you will do Subject matter expert, handles most complex issues, performs audits. Ensure accurate billing protocols, monitors pre and post denials. Ensures claims are processed timely through interaction with coding process teams. Ensures clean audit process. Provides excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Education Qualifications High School Diploma / GED Required Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience Qualifications At least seven (7) years patient financial services experience. Required

At least eight (8) years in Healthcare Billing Preferred Skills and Abilities Excellent attention to detail, organized, computer skills, strong analytical skills Special Projects - Focus task, detail oriented, considered as Subject Matter Expert (SME) (Required proficiency) Licenses and Certifications Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) - within 6 months - Required Hospital Business Institute (HBI) Certification - Hospital Business Institute - within 6 months - Required or To carry out its mission, CHOP is committed to supporting the health of our patients, families, workforce, and global community.
