Subject Matter Expert (SME) regarding FTS business and systematic processes. What You'll Do Here: Primary resource responsible to analyze, design, test, document, and implement technically sound solutions in accordance with team requirements, and best practice standards Perform day to day administrative duties on systems such as Sevice Now and SAPCollaborate with stakeholders and colleagues to automate business

processes through requirement gatherings, development, UATs, deployment and implementation of releases Transform functional requirements into detailed technical designs that translate to actionable development tasks in order to write effective acceptance criteria for stories Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff Respond to production problems and coordinate immediate resolution efforts across technology areas through collaboration with systems owners Work with IT teams to develop and maintain integrations between applications such as Service Now, SAP and external business applications Create and update documentation in support of development efforts Develop and present options

and products that solve business or technological needs or issues to stakeholders and end users Resolve escalated issues Collaborate on a roadmap for the suite of solutions supporting the Field Technical Services team Conduct research on new development opportunities, methodologies and technologies that could solve business or technological needs or issues Lead team activities as required Explore process improvements and recommend changes to management Perform other projects or miscellaneous duties as requested or assigned The Skills You'll Bring: High School Diploma or GED required, post-secondary education (bachelors or associates degree), preferred IT function specialty certification (e.

g. A+, Network +), preferred.1-3 years in technical support function or related experience Core ITSM / ITIL best practices knowledge, certification preferred Systems Administration experience - such as Service Now, SAP, Microsoft ADExperience working with Microsoft 365 suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Computer literate, with a working knowledge of inventory control and data base systems Can lift/carry 65 pounds occasionally as needed Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to manage and cope with change Ability to work weekends as the business requires Physical Requirements: The physical requirements described here must be met by an employee to successfully perform the primary duties and responsibilities.
