Align with all local, state, federal, and BD safety and quality regulations, with all business policies and procedures. Collaborate with NA SC external vendor partners to facilitate joint continuous improvement initiatives. Manage a three-year project portfolio for (CTW/CTD) and Transportation Optimization activities for the NA SC. Design E2E NA SC Customer-centric metrics, working closely with analytics for dashboard development. Ensure improvements are sustained through coaching and leadership. Keep current with technology developments impacting company supply chains; develop business cases for implementation and ensure NA SC is trained. Travel - Up to 25% of the time. EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, operations management, or related degree.
A Master's degree in a related discipline is desirable.
