Map vulnerabilities and threats to applications and infrastructure associated with high-value generation assets. Perform risk backssments to quantify inherent risk, identify mitigating controls and provide residual risk values associated with those controls.

Effectively develop relationships with the plant staff, building trust and confidence. Support the operational activities of the generation fleet to enable the safe, reliable, regulatory compliant and cost effective operation of the generation fleet. Job Description Key Accountabilities Provide support for the security tools protecting

the generation fleet. Maintain the health of all security tools Resolve problems that adversely affect the security or operations Identify risks that could effect the security of the generation fleet Support projects such that they are deployed within performance, cost, and schedule targets without disrupting power production.

Support metrics processes that track the status of security and security tool effectiveness and health Maintaining positive relationships with plant teams, vendors, governmental agencies, in order to promote cooperative working relationships Support technology key controls and compliance with regulatory requirements (i. e. ERCOT, NERC-CIP, etc ), and corporate

technology management and internal audit requirements. Participate in a departmental culture that fosters accountability for results while promoting the use of diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements Demonstrate ability to be trust worthy and dependable Understand Human Performance Improvement principles Ability to learn quickly, be self motivated to improve knowledge base and tackle new challenges Requires a good knowledge of two or more of the following : NERC CIP, NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NEI 3-5 years experience in Security Exceptional reading comprehension and written communication skills Demonstrated knowledge in administering Active Directory, Networks, Servers, Security Applications Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills Key Metrics Fleet Security Metrics % of security issues impacting generation % of installed Security tools maintained healthy and current % of planned work completed on time and on-budget % of compliance controls completed on time % of security alerts not addressed within schedule % of identified issues without actions plans This role is for an Industrial Control System Cyber Security Regional support representative for the New England region power plants.

Applicant will work on a team of individuals across a fleet of power generation stations to improve cyber security controls and the cyber security posture of industrial control systems. This will be accomplished through the implementation and maintenance of a variety of cyber security and monitoring tools. This includes administering firewalls and network infrastructure, establishing connections to monitor networking switches, supporting security efforts such as Patching/Antivirus/Backups/Identity Management, and working with OEM vendors to implement our security standards/tools.

Travel to the plants is expected as necessary (up to 50%). The applicant will also be responsible for assisting in the continued development and maturity of our security tools and capabilities. The ideal candidate would have strong hands-on technical skills and be able to pick up new technologies quickly. Experience in networking, workstations, and servers with multiple vintages of operating systems, primarily Windows and Linux (Cent OS/Ubuntu/Debian/ etc ) is important along with the ability to work in the CLI and with APIs when necessary. The ability to explain impacts, work, and technical concepts to others in non-technical terms is important.

Close Proximity to a major airport (30-45 minutes) is preferred. Prior industrial control experience is a plus.
