Assists with the collection of biological data in the field. Accompanies professional staff to project areas and under direction helps map, identify, verify, count or collect plant or animal species. Prepares maps for inclusion in environmental reports that depict habitat delineations or species locations. Arranges biological, chemical, toxicological, and other environmental data and analysis information into tabular or graphic format

Qualifications This is an open-continuous announcement. Referral lists may be requested to fill vacant positions throughout the life of the announcement. NOTE: Two (2) years of education is defined as 60-89 semester hours or 90-134 quarter hours.

ORCombination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. NOTE: Four (4) years of education is defined as 120 or more semester hours or 180 or more quarter hours.

ORCombination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
