Responsibilities: - Conduct functional behavior backssments and develop behavior intervention plans for students in K-8th grades. - Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff members. - Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create and implement individualized behavior support plans.

- Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make data-driven decisions. - Conduct workshops to provide training on positive behavior interventions. - Manage a caseload across two schools with flexibility in scheduling. Qualifications: - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. - Master's degree in Applied Behavior

Analysis or related field. - Previous experience working as a BCBA in an educational setting is preferred. - Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
