Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Oversee all new machine and attachment ordering, according to required specifications Ensure attachment stocking levels are accurate and maintained Responsible for accurate daily inventory reporting Oversee and maintain accurate and timely on hold process Oversee all equipment and attachment inventory audits Ensure
proper rental check IN/OUT procedures are being followed at the branch level Review rental, demo, loaner and hold requests for equipment as needed to facilitate the best use of company inventory/rental fleet equipment Oversight of transport costs and coordination of equipment as needed Assists with billing responsibilities as needed.
Manage to aged inventory metrics by category Identify and accelerates the sale of aged inventory Oversee machine and attachment depreciation. Prepares daily queries and financial reports Assists the VP Sales Operations in specified duties in their absence. Computer skills need to be broad based. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools a must. As an Institutional Research Data Partner, this position will have full advantage of Institutional Research resources, such as trainings, official reporting consultations, and institutional expertise. Decision Support • Responsible for the design and execution of analysis relating to strategic priorities of the college, including but not limited to operational metrics and law school student success initiatives.
• Supports data democratization in the college through custom data requests and consulting with the stakeholder on selecting descriptive statistics, visualizations, or statistical techniques to identify meaningful patterns and trends in law student outcomes. • Consults with Institutional
Research (IR) as the College of Law subject matter expert to build and maintain trust in institutional College of Law data. • Conducts analyses in partnership with IR on College of Law university-wide collaborations, such as Pre-Law Advising and law specific undergraduate course offerings.
Analytical/Reporting • Develops and maintains dashboards to assist in the decision-making process for the College of Law. • This requires an understanding of potential questions or use cases to address the needs of various college stakeholders, such as the dean, chairs, program directors, faculty, and advisors. • Supports the accurate and timely submission of data files including but not limited to
Quality Enhancement Reviews and the Institutional Effectiveness Portal.
• Conducts analysis related to College of Law student engagement. Data Governance • Serves as the College of Law data governance liaison. • Supports data governance work through supporting various university-wide and law-specific data governance-related projects and processes in the areas of data quality and data management. National Survey Submission • Assists with the timely and accurate submission of external federal, state, and US News and World Report rankings surveys and other external reporting agencies in consultation with Institutional Research to ensure accurate data reporting standards are met.
Trainings • Conducts training and workshops for faculty and staff to promote data literacy in the College of Law and across campus. This includes assisting with the Power BI training series and small-group discussions with campus stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Data Analytics, Education, or closely related field and two years of experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience.
