Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. Arrange and handle all logistics for the CEO’s meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials, etc. Responsible for event planning logistics for executive level meetings (location, food, agenda, etc. ). Maintain a professional atmosphere in the Board Room and CEO’s office (organized, stocked with supplies, coffee, etc.
