THE ROLE In this role you will be responsible for: Assist Global Marketing Senior Director in all creative, digital, merchandising and influencer briefings to kick off go-to-market program development, tracking key milestones, submitting + updating briefs, helping coordinate shoots, budgets and working closely with teams to ensure delivery meets brief/launch objectives. Conduct continuous category and competitive backssment and leverage consumer insights that will influence strategic business recommendations

Support developing, preparing, and presenting strategic/tactical marketing plans and business reviews including coordination of all support materials. Work with Global Marketing Senior Director to develop product concept, positioning, packaging, and communication. Brief promotional tools and manage artwork review process, maintain and monitor project timelines, follow-up with cross-functional partners to ensure timely delivery. Act as global liaison to local market affiliates to identify retailer needs and assist team in global strategic marketing plan across consumer touch points.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, brand/category meetings, and trainings.
